Returns & Exchange Policies
Cancellations:
Refunds will be processed for any cancelled orders as follows:
- Orders cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order are entitled to a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 4 hours will incur a processing charge of 2% of the cancelled order amount if the order has not been dispatched. Additionally if the order has been dispatched then shipping charges will be charged for both forward and RTO.
- For customised orders made as per the customer’s specifications, full refund will be initiated if order cancelled within 4 hours. After 4 hours, making charges and shipping charge (both forward and RTO) will be deducted and forfeited upon cancellation along with 2% for payment gateway charges. Shipping Charges will only be deducted if the order has been dispatched.
- Amount will be processed within 7-10 business working days.
Customers may cancel one item within a multiple-item order without canceling the entire order, provided the order contains two or more items.
For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) within 7-10 business working days.

Returns:
For returns you can return the jewellery within 2 days after receiving the jewellery. The refund/exchange/store credit will be credited to your account in 10-12 business working days after the product is approved for return from our quality assurance department. Others charges will be deducted such as shipping cost, gift wrap, other duty or processing charges whichever is applicable from the refund amount.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Orders that have previously been exchanged.
- Products that have been engraved, personalised, or customised.
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Tags must remain attached.
- No scratches or signs of wear and tear.
- Original packaging and box must be intact.
- All certifications and documents must be in their original condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
Additionally, for orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded back to the original gift card upon cancellation or return.
At 7C Jewel, we offer a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy on all purchases*, ensuring that your investment is protected. You can return your product, along with the original product certificate, for buy-back or exchange based on its current market value. Please note that deductions will be made for making charges, applicable taxes, and a processing fee of Rs.1000. Additionally, if you received any discounts or free gifts at the time of purchase, the original discount amount or the value of the free gift will also be deducted from the buy-back or exchange value.
Exchange Policy:
If you choose to exchange your product, the value of the exchanged item will be credited to your 7C Jewel account, allowing you to purchase any other product from our collection. Please note that this credited value cannot be encashed. Additionally, jewellery returned with signs of alteration by anyone other than 7C Jewel will not be accepted for buy-back or exchange. We also reserve the right to adjust the value of the product following our quality inspection, and we will provide justification for any changes made. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make the exchange process as clear and fair as possible.

7C Jewel reserves the right to modify these policies at any time, and we encourage you to review them frequently to stay informed. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website, www.7cjewel.com.
